Do I need to book in advance or make a reservation?
Yes, all reservations must be made 24 hours in advance. It’s super easy to book online through our site. Xplore Rental’s uses the top tourist booking software, which will make it super simple on you. You’ll have a streamlined experience online. Visit the tour page to book your rental tour today!
Do you require a reservation deposit to rent an ATV, Side x Side or Onewheel?
Yes. Your rental is paid in full at time of reservation.
What kinds of credentials will I need to present when I show up for my rental tour?
Xplore requires renters to present a driver’s license and a credit card or debit card to rent from us.
Is there a damage deposit required on the ATV’s and Side x Sides?
Yes, with all ATV and Side x Side machine rentals, we require a $1000 dollar authorization on your credit card. Pictures are taken of your atv or side x side machine during the check-in process prior to your departure. When you bring the machine back in the same condition it left in, your deposit authorization will be lifted.
Is there a damage deposit required on the Onewheels?
Yes, on Onewheel’s a $250 deposit is required at time of rental and will need to be authorized on your credit card before the Onewheel is checked-out. Once the rental is complete, the operational Onewheel and the Safety Gear is returned in its original state the deposit authorization will be lifted. If the Onewheel is not returned, a charge for the Onewheel and Safety Gear will be charged in the amount of $2,000 to the credit card on file and the prorate share will not be refunded until the board is returned in its original state. Please understand the daily rental fee applies for everyday the Onewheel is past the original rental return date and daily rental fee will be deducted from the $2,000 charge.
What is a guided tour?
It’s simple, a tour with a person that shows you around and tells you all about the history of our facility. All of our ATV and Side x Side rentals are by tour guide only.
How many people can ride on an ATV or Side x Side?
It varies, only one person can ride on an ATV quad, we have 2 seat Side x Sides for 2 people and 4 seat Side x Sides for four people.
How many people can ride on an ATV or Side x Side?
You must be 21 to operate any rental machine.
