Do I need to book in advance or make a reservation?

What kinds of credentials will I need to present when I show up for my rental tour?
Is there a damage deposit required on the ATV’s and Side x Sides?
Yes, with all ATV and Side x Side machine rentals, we require a $1000 dollar authorization hold on your credit card at time of check-in. Pre-ride photos are taken of your atv or side x side machine prior to your departure. When the tour is complete the machine is to be returned in pre-rental condition with some extra mud of course. Your deposit hold authorization will be lifted after the machine has been cleaned and inspected. In the rare event damage occurs, an estimate of the damages will be prepared, and deducted from the deposit hold.

What is a guided tour?
It’s simple, one of our awesome tour guides will show you all around the trails, and are here to tell you all about the history of our facility. All of our ATV and Side x Side rentals are by tour guide only. We are here to take pictures as well while you are out on the trails so you have memories of your time here with Xplore Rentals.
How many people can ride on an ATV or Side x Side?
How old do you have to be to operate a rental machine?
How young can a passenger be?
Passengers in a side-by-side must be at least 5 years of age. Any person under 18 must have a signed minor consent liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian, no exceptions!Â
What brand of rental units do you offer?
We are a Destination Yamaha Facility, which means we offer Yamaha machines exclusively.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that you be fully committed to having the most exciting time with Xplore Rentals when you make your reservation. Please understand that when you make a reservation, you are taking a machine out of inventory giving us the inability to rent the machine to others. This is why we do not offer refunds. We do however allow for rescheduling. You must notify us 72 hours in advance to reschedule your tour if something were to arise that would keep you from completing your rental experience.
Will I get Muddy?
You can get as muddy as you want! There are always ways around the mud, but if you want to get muddy you definitely can! It is recommended to bring a change of clothes.
